On Vorbraut in Garðabær, GG Verk is building 56 apartments in five three-storey buildings with an underground car park. The project is being delivered in three phases and is GG Verk’s own development.
Construction began in autumn 2024 and full completion is scheduled for 2027. The scope covers structural works and full completion of the apartments.
