At Roðahvarf in Kópavogur, GG Verk is building 71 apartments in eight three-storey buildings with an underground car park. This is GG Verk’s own development, with the company managing both development and construction.
Construction began in autumn 2025 and completion is scheduled for 2028. The scope covers structural works and full completion of the apartments.
As with every GG Verk project, the work follows The GG Model, with emphasis on foresight, reliability and quality finishing.
