Jöfursbás 3–7 is rising in Gufunes, Reykjavík, where a new residential neighbourhood is taking shape by the waterfront. The project comprises structural works and full completion of 340 apartments in three clusters, built for Spilda ehf.
Construction began in spring 2021, and Jöfursbás 5 and 7 have already been delivered. Work is now under way on Jöfursbás 3 — 190 apartments — with completion scheduled for 2027.
The project is run on The GG Model: thorough preparation, weekly performance tracking and active quality control keep delivery on schedule.
